Cancellation Policy
Cancellation rules may vary by venue, booking type, payment method, and timing. This page explains the general PickleHub PH cancellation flow.
Venue-specific rules
Each venue may set its own cancellation window, reschedule rules, late cancellation handling, refund status, and operational restrictions. The venue-specific rule shown during booking or inside the player dashboard should be treated as the active rule for that reservation.
Customer cancellations
Players may cancel only when the reservation is still inside the allowed cancellation window. If the cancellation window has closed, the dashboard may show that cancellation is closed by venue policy.
Manual and automated payment status
Manual payment bookings may stay pending until proof is approved. Automated payment bookings may expire, fail, or complete based on checkout status. Cancellation and refund review may depend on the final payment status.
Venue or admin cancellations
Venue owners or admins may cancel, reschedule, or adjust reservations when operational issues, venue closures, duplicate bookings, weather issues, or payment problems require intervention.
Open Play and Tournaments
Open Play and Tournament cancellation rules may differ from regular court bookings. Event-specific rules, organizer decisions, division capacity, and payment status may affect whether a cancellation, credit, or refund is available.
