These terms explain the basic rules for using PickleHub PH for court bookings, player accounts, venue listings, Open Play, and Tournaments.
Use of the platform
PickleHub PH provides booking, marketplace, venue discovery, Open Play, Tournament, player, and venue owner tools. By using the platform, you agree to provide accurate information and use the service only for lawful and legitimate pickleball-related activities.
Bookings and availability
Court availability, rates, schedules, venue rules, and facilities may vary by venue. A booking is only confirmed when the payment or required approval status shown by PickleHub PH is completed. Manual payment bookings may remain pending until a venue owner or admin approves the payment proof.
Payments
PickleHub PH may support manual payment methods and automated checkout providers. Payment status, proof uploads, receipts, and booking holds are handled through the platform. Users should not submit false, duplicate, or misleading payment proof.
Player and venue owner accounts
Players and venue owners are responsible for keeping account information accurate and secure. Venue owner access, venue claims, and verification may require admin review, supporting documents, and additional checks.
Open Play and Tournaments
Open Play and Tournament features may be adjusted, tested, paused, or placed under temporary maintenance while improvements are being made. Admin users may continue testing these features while they are unavailable to the public.
Changes to these terms
PickleHub PH may update these terms as the platform grows. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the updated terms.
